Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Location: Derby


About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and highly organised Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our Derby team. This is a dual-focused role: you’ll be out winning new instructions and building strong client relationships, while also managing the administrative and sales-progression processes that keep transactions running smoothly.
If you’re someone who loves the buzz of securing new business but also has the discipline and attention to detail to handle the back-end work, this role will suit you perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
Valuations & Business Generation
*Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions.
*Build strong relationships with vendors and deliver exceptional customer service.
*Proactively generate new business through prospecting, follow-ups, and local market knowledge.
*Represent the brand professionally during appointments and community engagement.
Sales Negotiation
*Manage buyer enquiries and conduct viewings where required.
*Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for clients.
*Provide regular feedback to vendors and maintain strong communication throughout the process.
*Maximise opportunities for cross-selling and referrals.
Sales Progression & Administration
*Oversee the full sales progression process from offer to completion.
*Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and all parties involved.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completed.
*Keep clients updated at every stage, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
*Support the office with general administrative duties when needed
Skills & Experience
*Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer.
*Strong track record of winning instructions and converting valuations.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Highly organised with strong administrative ability.
*Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
*Strong understanding of the local Derby property market (preferred).
*Full UK driving licence.
