Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor – Job DescriptionOverview
We are seeking a customer-focused Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join a busy and reputable motorcycle dealership. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding aftersales experience, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
*Greet customers and manage service, repair, and warranty bookings
*Advise customers on servicing requirements, repair work, and maintenance schedules
*Accurately raise job cards and explain work required in a clear, professional manner
*Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
*Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional repair work where appropriate
*Provide accurate cost estimates and gain customer authorisation
*Handle warranty claims and manufacturer processes in line with brand standards
*Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress
*Ensure all administration and invoicing is completed accurately
*Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor (motorcycle experience preferred)
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling industry
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
*Strong organisational and IT skills
*Commercial awareness with a sales-focused mindset
*Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence advantageous but not essential)
