Our client are recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor to join their Stratford office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with robust litigation experience to manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial matters in a supportive and professional environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
*Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
*Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*1 – 3 years’ PQE in litigation (or equivalent experience).
*Strong advocacy, drafting, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
*A proactive, client-focused approach.
