About the Role Secondary schools across Accrington are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and confident PE Teachers to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working through Veritas Education, you’ll support schools with day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and opportunities that match your availability and teaching style.
Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4

* Promote teamwork, resilience and healthy lifestyles

* Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment

* Support practical and theory-based PE sessions

* Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed

What We’re Looking For * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant PE teaching experience

* Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills

* A passion for sport, fitness and student development

* Flexibility to work across different schools

* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
