Job Description:
General plant operative
Pay rate £13.50
Monday – Friday 07:00-17:00
Saturday 07:00-12:00
Responsibilities:
*Assist in planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees, and pruning existing plants to promote healthy growth.
*Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments of products, verifying quantities and quality.
*Maintain garden pathways, clear debris, and ensure overall tidiness of garden areas.
*Properly use and maintain gardening tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
*Own transport due to location
*You need to be able to work outside all day
*Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not essential.
*Good organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
