You’ll receive:

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
During your first year, you will:
*Source, screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent education roles
*Write and market professional candidate CV profiles
*Match candidates to school vacancies
*Work closely with experienced sales consultants
*Manage candidate relationships and placements
*Work towards weekly KPIs and targets
*Earn commission throughout your progression
Career Progression & Development
After your first year, you’ll move onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:
*Business Development
*Account Management
*Margin Negotiation
*Client Visits & Impact Training
*Safeguarding in Education
*Managing Difficult Conversations
*Time Management & Customer Service
