The Role:
*Delivering engaging lessons (General and/or Subject Specialism)
*Following school policies and lesson plans
*Supporting student progress and classroom behaviour
*Providing continuity during staff absences
*Adapting teaching styles to suit different school environments
The Candidate:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
*Recent classroom experience in secondary education
*Flexibility, reliability and professionalism
*Strong behaviour management skills
