The Broker Executive will provide proactive and high-quality support to our network of approximately 60 sales reps and 30 funding partners within the asset finance sector. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transaction flow, excellent relationship management, and operational efficiency across the broker and funder network.
Responsibilities:

*Maintain strong relationships with funder contacts to resolve queries or escalate issues as needed.

*Liaise with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to facilitate transactions.
*Identify and implement opportunities to streamline broker and funder interaction.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, and internal policy requirements.
Skills

*Preferred knowledge of the asset finance lifecycle (proposals, underwriting, pay-out).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management.
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
*Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and proposal platforms.
*Previous experience working with brokers and funders preferred.
