£400 to £500 a day
London Based - Hybrid working
A high-profile global consultancy is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a flagship account. Acting as the bridge between high-level business requirements and technical excellence, you will ensure the client’s digital infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and innovative.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will drive technical decisions and safeguard the integrity of the platform. Key responsibilities include:
*Translating complex business needs into differentiated, High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
*Overseeing platform health and enforcing elite coding standards across a combined consultancy and client team.
*Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance platform performance
*Mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure sound decision-making and effective delivery.
Essential Skills
*Prior experience of architectural designs
*High level (HLD)
*Experience with the following service now modules: ITSM, ITOM and CSM
*Proficient in connecting service now with external systems using IntegrationHUb, REST/SOAP and mid servers
