Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Loughborough, LE12
Pay rate: Weekday £15.00 - £16.00 (depending on experience), Weekend £17.25. Plus Holiday pay. PAYE
Job Type: Full time (24 hour shifts)
Contract: Temp long term
Must: Drive (UK license)

*Our client is 30 years old and lives with cerebral palsy, seizures and has instances of challenging behavior. He uses a Makaton to communicate
*Our client requires support at home and outdoors including going to the gym, coffee shops, theatre , cinema and the pub.
Successful Applicant:
*Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license
*Previous experience working with complex adults
*Medication administration training is a must
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*The Senior Support Worker must have experience supporting a team and assisting with rotas
