Job Description:
Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher - Full Time (Barnet) An inclusive 3 form entry primary school in Barnet is seeking a strong and experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting February.
Role details:
* Position: Upper KS2 Class Teacher
* Location: Barnet
* Start date: February
* Contract: Full time until July 2026
* Planning & marking: Required
Responsibilities:
* Full classroom teaching responsibilities within Upper Key Stage 2
* Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
* Marking in line with school and curriculum expectations
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour management
* Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A confident, consistent, and resilient teaching approach
* Ability to commit for the full duration of the role
