Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a Part-Time School Administrator to work alongside a well-established school in the Cambridge area. This role involves supporting the Office Manager and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
About the Role
As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with the Office Manager to support daily administrative operations
*Providing a high level of customer service to parents, staff, and visitors
*Data entry and maintaining accurate records
*Using school management systems (SIMS experience is essential)
*Handling enquiries and complaints from parents in a professional manner
*Assisting with student-related queries and general office tasks
About You
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous experience working in a school administration role
*Have strong administrative and organisational skills
*Be confident using SIMS or similar school databases
*Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
*Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
