Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Location: Flexible (Kingsbridge, Plymouth) with hybrid working

Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a comprehensive caseload in either residential or commercial property law.
*Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
*Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
*Focus on delivering exceptional client service and building lasting business relationships.
*Contribute to the growth and development of the department through collaborative and individual efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential or commercial property law.
*Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in property law.
*Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet performance targets.
*Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
*Enthusiastic about professional development and skill enhancement.
