Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65,000 OTE.
Benefits:
*Starting basic salary up to c. £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
*OTE at £65,000
*Company car.
*30 days annual holidays, including the bank holidays, plus your birthday off, increasing over the length of service.
*Workplace pension scheme.
*Full manufacturer-accredited training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
*Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
*Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
*Sell and Buy Vehicles
Requirements:
*Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
*Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
*Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
