Marketing and Admissions Lead for an international school in London, near Blackheath.
You will manage the end-to-end journey of our pupils and the school’s public profile.
Your responsibilities will include:
Admissions: Managing all enquiries, school tours, open days and the registration process with a warm and professional touch. Excellent customer service is key with a confidence to providing an element of ’sales’ in an admissions capacity.
Marketing & Content: Leading our social media presence, producing the termly newsletter and creating high-quality printed and digital promotional materials.
Administration: Serving as the first point of contact (phone and reception) and assisting with daily school operations including administrative tasks.
Systems Management: Utilising SIMS, HubSpot, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
Working Times: Full Time, 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday year round.
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
