Your new role
As Regulatory Support Manager, you will operate in the first line of defence, ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded into day-to-day operations. There will be a strong focus on product governance, but you will also support wider areas including Consumer Duty, MOBI, licencing and disclosures. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate obligations into practical processes and help drive integration activities across the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong experience of implementing regulatory frameworks in a first line environment, ideally within broker, insurer, MGA or financial services settings. You will be confident in product governance and operationalising regulatory requirements, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly in the office at least three days a week.
