*Expert knowledge of vehicle finance products, warranties, GAP, and insurances
*Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
*Commercial awareness with a strong focus on profit and conversion
*Confident in supporting Sales Executives to close deals
*Ability to analyse KPIs including finance penetration, product performance, and deal profitability
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
*IT literate with experience using CRM and dealership management systems
