Marketing Coordinator

REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be working with a reputable, growing company on the outskirts of Swindon. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of diverse marketing activities across multiple channels. This hands-on role involves working closely with the Marketing Executive and senior leadership team to execute campaigns, manage content, oversee digital activities, and coordinate events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role, is highly organised, and confident in supporting day-to-day marketing operations within a small team environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and events.
*Manage internal and external marketing communications, including updates for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
*Create and adapt marketing content, including social media posts and campaign assets.
*Schedule and oversee LinkedIn and Facebook marketing activities.
*Build and manage Mailchimp email campaigns using provided copy and structure.
*Assist with content updates on the website via WordPress.
*Help coordinate marketing activities for exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
*Ensure all marketing activities are executed accurately and align with the overall marketing plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a marketing assistant or marketing coordinator role.
*Strong ability to support hands-on marketing activities across multiple channels.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, and Canva.
*Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
*Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Benefits include: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, health scheme, social events and free parking. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, hybrid considered.
