Primary Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in welcoming primary schools across Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a classroom setting.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Supporting pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN where required

Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience preferred)

Is patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about education

Has strong communication and teamwork skills

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential
