Job Description:
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Bow Road to recruit a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant. This role is ideal for a passionate early years professional who is committed to supporting children’s learning and development in a nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children within the nursery setting in line with the EYFS framework

* Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities

* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

* Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development

* Carry out observations and contribute to learning records

* Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and class teacher

* Support with personal care where required

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)

* Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting

* Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum

* A caring, proactive, and reliable approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
