Job Description:
Quest Search & Selection are looking for a Product Marketing Manager -Luxury to lead the planning and delivery of global seasonal categories. The role works across product categories and international markets, partnering with product, category, marketing, and sales teams to ensure launches are effectively positioned, commercially successful and delivered through a global gate-stage process.
A UK-based design-led premium/luxury business, renowned for creating distinctive, high-quality Gifts, toys and accessories . The company has a strong global presence, a loyal customer following, and a reputation for creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation.
In this position your responsibilities as a Product Marketing Manager - Luxury include:
*Lead global planning and delivery of seasonal collections and exclusive product launches.
*Act as project lead, coordinating category, design, marketing, and sales teams.
*Own the global go-to-market toolkit, including positioning, messaging and launch books.
*Partner with regional teams to deliver local exclusives aligned to the global NPD process.
*Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets to ensure on-time, commercial launches.
*Monitor performance and feed insights into future planning, ensuring alignment with brand values and long-term portfolio strategy.
To be successful in this Product Marketing Manager - Luxury position you must have:
*Ideally having over 5 years’ experience in product or brand marketing within luxury or premium consumer goods.
*Ideally you have worked within jewellery, accessories, fashion, toys or gifting brands
*Proven experience working with luxury brands in premium retail environments, with a strong understanding of luxury consumer and retailer expectations.
*Experience using stage-gate or structured NPD project framework
*Demonstrated success delivering exclusive collaborations with retail partners.
*Excellent project management capability, managing multiple launches at pace.
*Highly collaborative, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams desirable) including Sales, creative and Operations.
*Experience operating in international markets with an understanding of regional consumer behaviours and preferences.
