Customer service coordinator
Location: Swindon SN2
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | Mon-Fri 08:00- 17:00 | Permanent position
Swindon Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the SN2 area of Swindon for a confident Customer Service Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role as the key point of contact, confidently managing a high volume of customer interactions and taking full responsibility for delivering exceptional service every day.

Key responsibilities:
*Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
*Updating customers on the progress of their claims and vehicle repairs
*Managing online insurance portals to keep claim information current
*Processing invoices and tracking policy excess payments
*Coordinating courtesy car arrangements
*Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in customer service, ideally within automotive, insurance, or a similar fast-paced environment
*Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
*Confident managing multiple systems and online portals
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
*A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
