Maths Graduate - Graduate Teaching Programme Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Contract: Full-time | Fixed-term (with pathway to QTS)
Start Date:ASAP
Are you a Maths graduate looking to begin a career in teaching straight away? This is an excellent opportunity to join a Graduate Teaching Programme in secondary schools across Corby, gaining paid, hands-on classroom experience while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The Role: * Support the delivery of Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)
* Work alongside experienced teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning
* Provide targeted academic support to individuals and small groups
* Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme
* Engage fully with mentoring, training, and professional development
The Ideal Candidate: * Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* Aspires to train as a secondary Maths teacher
* Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to developing as an educator
* Strong communication skills and a positive approach to working with young people
* Previous experience in schools, tutoring, or youth work is beneficial but not essential
