The Role: * Support the delivery of Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)

* Work alongside experienced Maths teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

* Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

* Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme

* Engage fully with training, mentoring, and professional development

The Ideal Candidate: * Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

* Has a strong desire to pursue a career in secondary teaching

* Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards young people

* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
