About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to pupils with autism and a variety of complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
*Previous experience supporting children with autism and complex needs (essential).

*Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
*Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
