The Role: *Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the National Curriculum
*Inspire students to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills
*Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
*Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
*Contribute to extracurricular activities such as drama clubs and school productions
What You’ll Need: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related subject (essential)
*Recent experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
*Strong subject knowledge and curriculum confidence
*Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
*A genuine passion for performing arts and student development
*Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
