Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Derby
Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support pupils’ learning
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
