Duties:
*Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues
*Perform repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and other critical components
*Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
*Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure smooth workflow
*Complete vehicle safety inspections and prepare reports
*Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
*Work both independently and as part of a team to meet customer deadlines
*Uphold high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of vehicle servicing
Requirements:
*Minimum of a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in vehicle repair or servicing
*Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
*Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Confident in diagnosing vehicle faults and executing repairs effectively
*Ability to work efficiently within a team and follow safety protocols
*Ideally, hold an MOT licence, although this is not a strict requirement
*Friendly, driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
