Duties:
*Repairing or replacing damaged panels to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
*Planning daily workloads efficiently and ordering parts in advance to meet delivery deadlines
*Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge relevant to panel beating
*Ensuring workspace standards through good housekeeping and accurate administration of work records
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
*Ability to carry out repairs or panel replacements to a high standard
*Awareness of quality standards and attention to detail
*Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple jobs effectively
*NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential; relevant experience is considered sufficient
