We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting local primary and secondary schools across South East London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
*Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
*Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
*Assist with behaviour management and pastoral care.
*Provide additional support to pupils with SEND needs where required.
*Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role) is desirable.
*Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
*A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude.
*Ability to work well within a team and independently.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
