Job Summary:
Our clients are seeking a motivated and career-driven Senior lettings consultant/Lister to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property lettings, valuation, and business development. You will play a key role in growing the volume of new lets, securing instructions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions.
*Develop and implement effective marketing and canvassing strategies.
*Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate division.
*Register, qualify, and manage applicants.
*Arrange and conduct property viewings.
*Negotiate lettings agreements.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.
*Ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
*Assist in managing and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous experience in residential property lettings and valuations.
*Proven track record in securing new business.
*Strong negotiation and sales skills.
*Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
*Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships.
*Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
*Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
*Knowledge of the local property market.
