Estate Agent – Valuer
Location: Stockton Heath, Greater Manchester
Salary: £26,000 - £28k basic | OTE: £50,000


We’re seeking a confident and experienced Valuer to join our high-performing team in Stockton Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven estate agent who thrives on winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
As Valuer, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business, conducting market appraisals, and securing quality listings. You’ll be the face of the branch in the local community, with the autonomy to shape your success and earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct accurate and well-presented market appraisals
*Win new instructions through effective prospecting and relationship-building
*Deliver persuasive, professional valuations that convert
*Maintain strong vendor relationships throughout the sales journey
*Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth handover and progression
*Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
About You:
*Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in valuations and instruction-winning
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive, self-motivated approach
*Able to build rapport quickly and earn trust
*Organised, target-driven, and confident working independently
