A fast growing bespoke packaging business is hiring an Internal Sales Lead to take ownership of inbound sales, grow customer accounts and lead the internal team.
This is a Team Leader role in a close knit business, based in a modern office environment which is buzzy and includes a gym! They are looking for someone to support and team lead their two Internal Sales Executives and support their clients with internal sales requests.
As a Internal Sales Team Leader You Will:
*Be responsible for supporting clients with their orders
*Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
*Lead and support two internal sales support team members
*Allocate work and set priorities for the team
*Work closely with their external Sales professional
*Keep CRM and records accurate


What you need for an Internal Sales Team Leader:
*Experience in supporting a team
*Internal Sales/Sales Admin experience
