Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Oakham, LE15 area.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
*Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
*Decorating Cakes
*Packing Cakes
*Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
*Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
*Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
*No items heavier then 9KG
?? What We’re Looking For:
*Reliability and a strong work ethic
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential
*Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
