Job Description:
Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Noodle Bar restaurant in central London. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
*Ensure food quality and hygiene standards in accordance with UK regulations.
*Oversee ordering, inventory management, and cost control to maintain efficient operations.
*Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase revenue.
*Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
*Manage staff scheduling and foster a positive work environment.
*Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management.
*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience in marketing and business growth strategies is highly desirable.
*Knowledge of UK food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
*Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
