Tradewind Recruitment is growing our Manchester office and hiring high-potential individuals to join our Impact Academy - a structured training programme designed to turn driven people into high-earning Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience required. Work ethic and ambition come first.

*£28,000 - £30,000 base salary
*£35,000 - £40,000 realistic first-year earnings

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Interview and place candidates into schools
*Build and manage candidate pipelines
*Write professional candidate profiles
*Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets
*Learn negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills
*Earn commission as you progress through the role
You’ll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.
Career Progression
After completing the Impact Academy, you’ll move onto a sales-focused desk with advanced training in:

*Margin negotiation
*Client account growth
*Managing challenging conversations
*Long-term career and leadership development
