HGV Mechanic – Watford | £26 per hour

What we’re looking for:
*Fully qualified HGV mechanic (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 preferred).
*Strong diagnostic and repair skills across engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
*Experience working on commercial trucks and trailers, including preventative maintenance and fault-finding.
*A hands-on, proactive approach to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
*Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of HGVs.
*Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently.
*Maintaining service records and compliance documentation.
*Working within a friendly, safety-focused workshop environment.
*Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the fleet.
