The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive individual who:
*Has an interest or experience in SEN, mental health, or youth work
*Ideally has experience supporting vulnerable children or young people
*Is reliable, patient, and committed to making a difference
*Lives locally to Bedford or can commute reliably
Your Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
*Provide 1:1 and classroom-based support
*Assist with personalised learning, behaviour, and support plans
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
