Job Title: Wood Machinery Trainer

Location: Field based – delivering training across Bristol, Andover, Reading and surrounding area (Flexibility required)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:
*Must hold solid occupational experience as a Wood Machinist.
*Ideally have experience of CNC router operation and programming, though this is not essential.
*Confident and comfortable to deliver theory and practical based sessions to learners.
*Must be IT Literate.
*Experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues is highly desirable.
*Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel, and overnight stays as required.
Duties include:
*Deliver training sessions to learners working towards Wood Machinery courses, in either their workplace or at our clients training academy.
*Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills, knowledge and behaviours
*Maintain student records, and evidence of performance.
*Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
