The Role - Recruitment Consultant
In your first year you will:
*Source, interview and place candidates into schools
*Build professional candidate profiles for client marketing
*Work to clear weekly KPIs and performance targets
*Earn commission at every stage of progress
*Develop confidence in negotiation, relationship-building and time management
You’ll be supported daily by:
*An experienced Team Manager
*Dedicated in-house trainers
*A personal mentor
*One of the strongest education recruitment teams in the UK
What Happens After Year 1?
You’ll move onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in:
*Business development & margin negotiation
*Client management & safeguarding
*Handling objections and difficult conversations
*Long-term career planning and leadership development
Many Impact Academy consultants reach top-10 biller status within 12 months of moving into sales.
