About the Role
As a Finance & Billing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department. Your responsibilities will include preparing and finalising monthly invoices, managing e-billing processes, processing receipts, and handling supplier payments and expenses. You’ll also assist with corporate card allocation and respond to finance queries, ensuring smooth operations across the firm.
What We’re Looking For
*Onme years plus billing experience within a law firm (e-billing desirable but not essential)
*Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
*Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
*Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Salary & Hours
*Competitive salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum
*Full-time: 9:30 – 17:30
