About the Role:

Join our Major Business Servicing Team, delivering exceptional customer service to Blue Chip and Public Sector clients. You’ll manage billing and portfolio administration, ensure accurate invoicing and reporting, and proactively resolve queries by liaising with internal teams and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage billing and portfolio administration for assigned customers.
*Build strong relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
*Ensure accurate invoicing and monthly reporting in line with contractual requirements.
*Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly.
*Validate and analyse consumption data prior to billing.
*Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months’ experience in a customer service environment.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS packages.
*Ability to manage relationships and work to deadlines.
