Job Description:
We’re a well-established Independent Financial Advice (IFA) practice supporting predominantly high-net-worth clients, and we’re looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly, professional team in an Adviser Support capacity.
This is more than a typical admin role. You’ll work closely with our Financial Advisers, play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience, and have genuine opportunities to develop and progress your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing
*Providing efficient, high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers
*Assisting with the processing of new business and servicing of existing clients
*Maintaining accurate client records on our back-office systems
*Preparing client review packs, illustrations and valuations
*Processing documentation in line with agreed service standards and FCA requirements
*Handling queries from clients, advisers and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
*Contributing to a strong client-service culture and consistently high standards
What we’re looking for
*Ideally 3+ years’ experience in financial services administration
*Experience within an IFA practice preferred
*Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
*Confident working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
*Experience of Intelliflo Intelligent Office, Elevate and Aviva platforms (desirable, not essential)
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage detailed work accurately
*Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
*Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team
