Job Type: Temporary – potential to become permanent after 3 months
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.35 per hour
Shifts: 4 ON / 4 OFF | 06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 – 06:00
Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy Tray Wash site near Bedford (MK41).

This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates who are fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Infeed: removing waste from trays before loading into machines
*Outfeed: stacking washed trays and placing them back on pallets
*Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
*Working independently or as part of a team
*Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
Requirements
*Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
*Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
*Strong problem-solving skills
