About the Company:
Our clients are purely client focused. Their mission is to provide the highest level of service to both new and existing clients.


Key Duties:
*Ensure completed applications are correct and ready for submission as new business.
*Manage follow-on work including investing money, payment of pension benefits, and moving clients into drawdown.
*Issue letters of authority and manage responses.
*Obtain illustrations for new business across a range of products and providers.
*Liaise regularly with advisers on ongoing cases.
*Collate client information and prepare suitability reports.
*Manage cases to completion, using internal processing systems, with high attention to detail and accuracy.


Skills Required:
Essential:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial advice firm handling both new business and existing clients
*Good understanding of financial products, particularly pensions
Desirable:
*Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office
*Experience with Intelliflo (advantageous but not essential)
