The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with a Level 3 qualification and a passion for developing others.

The Role *Delivering electrical training across theory, practical skills, and safety
*Teaching learners at different stages (study programmes, apprentices, commercial learners)
*Full support, induction, and ongoing development provided
*Preparing learners for industry, assessments, and employment
*Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30
The Person *Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
*Strong industry background in electrical installation/maintenance
*Passionate about supporting and developing learners
*Strong communication and organisational skills
