You’ll be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service, handling a high volume of calls, written correspondence, and internal queries with a smile.
What part will you play?
*Liaise effectively with internal and external customers via phone, letter, and email
*Resolve customer queries and requests accurately and efficiently
*Process financial amendments, transfer requests, and refunds within appropriate timescales
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
*Collaborate with team members, offering proactive support during peak periods
*Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive business efficiencies
*Seize revenue opportunities by identifying sales leads, collecting fees, and resolving potential debt issues
*Adhere to industry and regulatory guidelines
*Effortlessly manage switchboard calls, directing customers to the right department with exceptional service
Experience / Skills required:
*A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing
*Experience in a Customer Services team, ideally from a Financial Services or business-to-business background but not essential
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
*Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
*Excellent organizational and time management abilities
*Knowledge of regulatory bodies like FOS, FCA, and FLA is a bonus!
