We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.
*NO site work

Salary: up to £35,000

Location: Newmarket - Centre based

What do you need?
*You must hold solid occupational competency/hands on experience within Electrical Installation.
*Must hold your own Level 2 qualification in Electrical Installations, or equivalent.
*You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
*Must be IT literate.
Duties:
*Teach/assess learners working towards Electrical qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.
*Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours
*Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
*Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
*Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
