A well-established, internationally recognised property and construction consultancy is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Lead high-profile projects from feasibility through to final account
*Oversee teams delivering full pre- and post-contract services
*Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a key contact
*Support business development and contribute to strategic growth
*Mentor and guide junior and mid-level surveyors, including APC candidates
*Drive best practices across cost planning, contract administration, and procurement
Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*MRICS qualified with 8+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
*Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in London
*Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and team management abilities
*In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
*A strategic mindset with ambition for further progression
