Job Description:
Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for organisation and customer service? We’re recruiting urgently for a Sales Administrator to join a leading company in the commercial vehicle solutions sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a busy sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
?? Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (09:00–17:00)
?? Salary: £28,000–£33,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience)
?? Contract: February to October 2026
What you’ll be doing:
*Be the first point of contact for sales enquiries and distribute leads to the team.
*Process customer orders accurately and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
*Coordinate bespoke system orders with Sales Managers and Technical Engineers.
*Track order progress and manage delivery schedules.
*Raise invoices and reconcile call orders.
*Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
What we’re looking for:
*5+ years office-based experience, ideally in sales administration.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential) and familiarity with CRM systems.
*Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
*Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
*Previous experience in order processing and customer service.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
